A combined loop turner and elastic guide, perfect for inserting elastic, cord or ribbon into a waistband and also turning loops. Made from flexible plastic, these tools make inserting elastic easy, and the three different sizes mean they are suitable for many sizes of elastic. The two larger loop turners have a hook at the end which is perfect for turning loops or thin tubes of fabric, plus markings in inches and centimetres for easy measurements.
