The classic 45mm Olfa rotary cutter for accurate rotary cutting of patchwork pieces. The rotary cutter comes with a safety lock to prevent the blade being exposed when not in use. Suitable for left or right handed use. This cutter fits the 45mm spare blade when a replacement is required. Now with Olfa's patented quick blade change mechanism - no more complicated nut and bolt fittings!

All our rotary cutters should be used with a rotary cutting mat to preserve the life of the blade.

Glad I invested in this, as it is easier to maximise the number of pieces you are able to cut than using scissors. I sometimes needed to double cut when using two layers of fabric.

Lovely sharp blade that turns freely on the wheel. The blade guard is easy to retract & lock out of the way. I've used it to cut up to 4 layers of fabric - need to press fairly hard to ensure all layers are cut cleanly at once but results are good. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
